Description
We are looking for someone who has passion for ministry to children and seeing them take next steps in their faith. This position is a full-time, 18-month maternity leave coverage based on 35hrs/wk. The position includes 3 weeks of paid vacation per year but does not include benefits or pension matching.
Under the supervision of the Westshore Campus Pastor, the Westshore Children’s Ministry Coordinator leads the spiritual development of Westshore Kids through Gospel-centered teaching, relationship building and by creating a safe and fun environment for children to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills (written and oral), team building experience, and a pastoral heart for children and families. This role places a high priority on team building and collaborating with the Children's Ministry staff at all campuses of Coastline Church.
- This role includes travel between the Westshore and Victoria Campuses and the candidate must be able to commute to the Victoria Campus for staff and departmental meetings, and prep work.
- The candidate must be able to obtain a cleared criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
- The candidate must embrace and adopt the Coastline Employee Handbook and the Statement of Essential Truths and Positions and Practices of the PAOC.

Compensation
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
