Coastline Westshore is looking for a Youth Coordinator who loves Jesus, the Church and is passionate about seeing the next generation know God, grow in their faith, and discover their purpose.

The Youth Coordinator will provide leadership and vision for Westshore Youth, working closely with the Westshore Campus Pastors while collaborating with the Coastline Victoria Youth team to create environments where students can encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and grow as lifelong followers of Christ. Weekly youth ministry takes place at the Victoria campus, with the Westshore Youth Coordinator helping lead and engage Westshore students within this shared ministry.

Leading and discipling students through weekly youth ministry in collaboration with Coastline Victoria

Building meaningful relationships with students and families

Recruiting, training, encouraging, and developing youth leaders in the Westshore

Raising up student leaders and empowering others to lead

Planning and coordinating weekly youth nights and special events

Creating fun, welcoming, safe, and excellent ministry environments

Managing communication, scheduling, and ministry details through Planning Center

Participating in key Coastline church-wide events and initiatives

Has a genuine love for Jesus, His Church, and the next generation

Embraces and models the vision, values, and culture of Coastline

Is relational, energetic, creative, and fun

Is a strong team builder who enjoys developing and empowering others

Is organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently

Communicates well with students, parents, team, and staff

Is committed to creating healthy, excellent, and welcoming ministry environments

This is a part-time position with regular availability required for:

Sundays

Mondays

Weekly Youth Nights

Westshore Coordinator evenings

Special events and seasonal ministry opportunities

Some flexibility is required throughout the year.
